ABOUT US......
The Cheyenne Mountain Running Club has a long history of providing athletic programs to the Cheyenne Mountain School District and Colorado Springs. Club Directors, Karen Scott and Stan Lambros have been coaching runners for the past twenty+ years. The Cheyenne Mountain Running Club has actually been in existence in a variety of forms for well over eighteen years, but it took on a formal name (Cheyenne Mountain Running Club) in 2012.

The mission for the Cheyenne Mountain Running Club is to teach young people the importance of strong character, strong efforts and enjoy the sports of running, jumping and throwing. We will provide kids of all ages and ability levels, easy access to the sport of cross country running/track & field.

CMRC team members are taught that the most important kind of success resides in their ability to improve personally, work hard, treat other with respect and give their maximum effort to be the best that they can be.

Our members enjoy exclusive advantages, including tips and training advice by former Olympians, access to the CMHS Track, Runners Roost discounts, and Cheyenne Mountain Indian pride as your child joins a team full of future and present CMHS Indians.
